Damaged Products During Delivery
As many of our products are delicate home décor items, we take special care in packaging. However, if any product arrives damaged during transit:

The customer must notify Dukan Valley within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Clear photos and videos of the damaged item and packaging must be provided.
After verification, Dukan Valley will offer one of the following solutions:

An 80% refund of the product value, OR
-
A replacement product will be sent to the customer.
The final resolution will be determined by Dukan Valley based on the nature of the damage and product availability.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are not applicable on any products purchased from Dukan Valley.
